The main building in Zwickauer Steet 221 was established in 1917 by Zapp & Basarke. The three-winged factory complex consists of functional lined up parts that are combined by tower like ledges.

Bicycles, motorcycles and "Continental"-brand office machines are manufactured in the complex.
